Electrical Release Tape
SG 80324 is a release on demand tape made by coating an electrical debonded pressure sensitive adhesive onto copper foil. The adhesive can provide robust adhesion on various substrates including metal, plastic and painted surface. When adhered on electrically conductive substrates, the bonding joint can be quickly dismantled by applying a DC electrical potential across the electric release tape for a short time.

SG 80324 Product Features




  • Featuring high bonding strength on electrically  conductive substrates and can be subsequently de-bonded by applying a DC electrical potential across the electric release tape for a short time.
  • Temporary fixing for processing where components are too sensitive to heat for thermal release adhesive or blocking transmission of UV radiation for UV release adhesive.
  • Electrical release tape can be reused for 2-3 times.
